Shipping policy

Free shipping

Every order ships free to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or international addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

All products ship from US warehouses. Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of being placed. Delivery estimates for each product are shown on its product page.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses, so you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays and lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, or tracking shows a problem, email us and we'll make it right.
